At Ateios Systems, we work with internet-of-Things (IoT) and medical/fitness-based wearable OEMs to make their products better. Ateios has developed a novel manufacturing process for manufacturing highly customizable and flexible batteries that are integrating into these products. Nobody in the market can match our capabilities and we’re just getting started.

The marketing manager will be responsible for the project management and implementation of all lead generation and branding marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with excellent cross-cultural communication skills, as well as excellent writing and copy-editing abilities.

Experience with Hubspot is strongly desired. In addition, experience with translating engineering performance metrics into clear benefits is desired. This is a remote position, so candidate must be comfortable with the flexibility to meet during normal work hours and alternative hours as needed. You will report to the CEO.


  • Responsible for all lead generation activities including our website, AdWords, webinars, conferences, social media and email campaign
  • Track the effectiveness of content to support marketing lead generation and communication objectives
  • Actively build and maintain a database in support of sales and marketing activities
  • Provide copywriting/editing as needed for marketing/sales collateral, digital advertising, social media, speaking abstracts, and PR
  • Develop and support efforts to improve brand consistency and awareness
  • Develop and sustain strong working relationships with internal personnel across all functions of the organization, cross-culturally
  • Self-starter that is resourceful, creative, and capable of handling multiple projects at one time and meeting deadlines
  • Plans, prioritizes, and organizes work effectively to produce measurable results


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related
  • 3+ years of experience in progressive marketing roles. SaaS experience highly preferred
  • Fluency across multiple social media platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads
  • Proficient in HubSpot
