Pilot Electrode Manufacturing: Our electrode manufacturing process is not just designed for high capacity; it can implement multiple deposition methods such as slot die, micro gravure, comma bar, and spray, achieving 40 to 80 meters/week. This high capacity, combined with post-processing via calendaring, slitting, die-cutting, and assembly, ensures the post-mechanical and electrical quality of the electrode, meeting your high-demand needs.
Large-Scale Slurry: Optimized rheology from pilot scale to production-grade, capable of mixing over 200+ liters. Patented mixing and filter to improve the high yield of solvent-free electrode composite resin to the electrode.
Gigacoater Manufacturing: High-quality slot die and micro gravure coating capable of 1 million square meters/week. Post mechanical and electrical quality of electrode.
Field Testing and Certifications: Over 500 electrochemical testing channels, including electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and environmental chambers, are capable of simulating field testing of battery performance.
